We at Premier understand that we are an extended arm of the management company and the HOA. Our agents always conduct themselves in a professional manner when in your community.
Our agents in the field are always dressed professionally and arrive in marked, late model, clean vehicles.
We use the latest night vision cameras. Our vehicles are recording audio and video the entire time we are in your community.
We never speak to homeowners when in the field. Our agents will never exit their vehicle while touring. Our agents will never enter or set foot on private property for any reason.
HOAs can enroll in our "sticker program" if a notice of the violation is required at the time it is observed. We use stickers as opposed to other companies that place notices on the vehicle. Notices usually end up littering the community you are trying to clean up.
Our private investigator completes vehicle ownership requests by running license plates (Arizona only). This service is available at an additional charge.
Our contracts are month-to-month, unlike our competitors that lock an HOA in for six or twelve months. That means that they can be changed should a community feel it needs to add or reduce the amount of tours. A simple emailed request acts as an addendum and supersedes the original agreement without a signature or waiting period.
Our customer support team is available to answer any questions or concerns you may have about our parking services.
We at Premier, take into account the community's needs. Our bids are not based on how much we can charge by adding additional days to a contract. In most cases we can accomplish the challenge of reducing the parking violations plaguing your community by touring once or twice a week, even in larger communities. The key is having a great working relationship with your management company's compliance department. We do!
An HOA's management company's compliance department is the unsung hero that glues everything together. Most HOA board members think that having parking enforcement show up every day is the best thing they could hope for. In reality, providing redundant information within the same violation period is not cost effective for the community. Not only is it too much information for the compliance department to digest in some cases, any duplicate recorded violation within the same violation period cannot be acted upon.
"...violations have to be two weeks apart otherwise it's too soon for another violation and I can't do anything with it."
Above is a quote from a compliance officer at one of the leading HOA management companies in the Valley. It is by working in tandem with her and other compliance officers that we have come to understand why we need to provide them a palatable amount of information to work with during any given violation period.
We also deliver our findings directly to your email inbox. Others boast of great software with portals and login credentials needed to view reports and images. We have been told, first hand, that our reports are preferred. Our reports are downloaded from their emails and actually used as their spreadsheets. That is not an option with the other guys.
Others state that they have numerous ways to make sure their agents are doing their job. We don't even have that issue to deal with. Only agents with the utmost integrity work for us. In the event that an HOA has a concern of any sort, we have video and audio being recorded the entire time we are on the property.
Our tours are normally completed between the hours of midnight and 4am, ensuring that your homeowner's vehicles are parked for the evening. Other companies show up as early as 7pm.
Our competitors have elaborate systems in place for implementing variances. Some go as far as charging the homeowner and/or the management company to issue tags to be hung from a rear view mirror or placed on a dashboard. Our agents carry variance lists with them. Simply provide the license plate of the vehicle, the start date and the end date of the exception and we will not report that vehicle. There is no need for hangers or mirrors.
The best reason to give us a try is because our contracts are not semi-annual or annual. Our month-to-month contracts ensure that we provide exceptional service to keep your business, unlike others that can ride out a contract even if relations deteriorate. We are proud to say that at some communities, we are still on the original month-to-month contract entered in to over a decade ago.
So make the simple choice and see what we can do for your community.
